Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of Services:
Clients may cancel scheduled gardening maintenance services by providing advance notice to Weeds n’ Wonders. The cancellation notice should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds:
Refunds are evaluated on an individual basis and will be handled promptly upon approval of the cancellation request. However, it’s important to note that refunds may be subject to deductions for applicable cancellation fees or administrative costs.
We strive to ensure fairness and transparency in our refund process, and our team will carefully assess each cancellation request to determine the appropriate refund amount. Our goal is to provide satisfactory resolution to our clients while also taking into account the operational costs and commitments involved in delivering our gardening maintenance services.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain gardening maintenance services may be deemed non-refundable due to the nature of the work involved or the resources allocated. Examples of non-refundable services may include specialized treatments, mulching services, soil testing and analysis, and planted plants.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather events or unforeseen emergencies, Weeds n’ Wonders reserves the right to cancel or reschedule scheduled services without prior notice. In such instances, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate alternative arrangements.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when scheduling gardening maintenance services. Failure to provide accurate information may result in scheduling errors or delays, for which Weeds n’ Wonders cannot be held liable. Additionally, clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property and a safe working environment for our team members during scheduled service visits.
Discretionary Refunds:
Weeds n’ Wonders reserves the right to grant discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances surrounding the cancellation request. Clients may be required to provide supporting documentation or evidence to support their refund claim.
