Welcome to Weeds n’ Wonders. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules, expectations, and conditions relating to the use of our website and the gardening maintenance services provided by Weeds n’ Wonders.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using our website or services.

  1. Definitions

“Weeds n’ Wonders”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Weeds n’ Wonders and its associated business operations.

“You”, “your”, or “client” refers to any individual or entity accessing our website or engaging our services.

“Services” refers to all gardening, maintenance, landscaping, green waste removal, seasonal cleanup, and related services provided by Weeds n’ Wonders.

“Website” refers to www.weedsnwonders.com.au and all associated pages.

2. Services

Weeds n’ Wonders provides gardening and outdoor maintenance services to residential and commercial properties. Services may include, but are not limited to:

    • Lawn mowing and edging
    • Garden maintenance
    • Weed management
    • Green waste removal
    • Mulching
    • Pruning and hedge trimming
    • Seasonal garden cleanups
    • General outdoor maintenance

Service availability, scheduling, pricing, and scope of work may vary depending on weather conditions, staffing availability, site conditions, seasonal demand, safety considerations, and operational capacity.

3. Scheduling & Recurring Maintenance

Recurring maintenance clients are scheduled on ongoing service cycles. Visits are generally completed within the client’s allocated service week to allow flexibility for weather conditions, public holidays, staffing, route planning, and operational requirements.

Estimated attendance windows may be provided prior to scheduled visits. These timeframes are approximate and may vary slightly depending on scheduling conditions throughout the day.

Ongoing recurring clients are prioritised within our scheduling system. Clients who regularly skip or pause recurring visits may have their scheduling adjusted to casual or ad-hoc availability depending on operational capacity.

Cancellations made with short notice, repeated skipped visits, or situations where property access cannot be provided may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled visit value due to reserved labour allocation and route planning.

Further information regarding cancellations, skipped visits, scheduling adjustments, and refunds is outlined within our Scheduling & Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing safe and reasonable property access
    • Informing us of any pets, locked gates, hazards, restricted access areas, or relevant site conditions
    • Maintaining a safe working environment for our team members
    • Providing accurate and up-to-date contact and scheduling information

Failure to provide safe access or accurate information may result in delays, incomplete services, additional charges, or cancellation of services where necessary.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that garden areas are reasonably clear of animal waste prior to scheduled visits. Any time spent cleaning or managing animal waste may reduce the time available for other scheduled gardening tasks during the visit and may result in areas not being completed.

5. User Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful, safe, and professional interactions with our team members at all times.

Weeds n’ Wonders reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services where unsafe conditions, aggressive behaviour, harassment, repeated access issues, unlawful conduct, or unreasonable demands occur.

6. Weather, Delays & Operational Adjustments

In some circumstances, visits may need to be delayed, rescheduled, shortened, or adjusted due to unsafe weather conditions, extreme heat, heavy rainfall, staffing limitations, equipment issues, public holidays, safety concerns, or other operational factors.

Where required, Weeds n’ Wonders will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an alternative service timeframe.

7. Green Waste Removal

Green waste removal may incur additional charges depending on the quantity of waste generated, disposal requirements, loading time, transport requirements, or bin availability.

Where possible, client green waste bins may be used prior to external disposal arrangements.

8. Limitations of Liability

While Weeds n’ Wonders takes reasonable care during the provision of services, we cannot guarantee specific gardening outcomes due to the natural and seasonal variability associated with outdoor environments.

Weeds n’ Wonders shall not be held liable for plant decline, plant death, pest outbreaks, irrigation issues, weather-related damage, soil conditions, pre-existing property issues, or other environmental factors beyond our reasonable control.

Clients acknowledge that gardening and plant health outcomes can vary due to factors including weather conditions, watering practices, soil quality, plant disease, seasonal growth patterns, and ongoing property maintenance.

Weeds n’ Wonders is also not liable for interruptions, delays, or losses arising from events outside our reasonable operational control.

9. Accidental Damage

While we take reasonable precautions to avoid accidental damage during service visits, accidents may occasionally occur.

Weeds n’ Wonders maintains appropriate insurance coverage for accidental damage caused directly by our team members during the provision of services.

Clients must notify us of any concerns relating to accidental damage as soon as reasonably possible following the service visit.

10. Working Height & Safety Limitations

Weeds n’ Wonders reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any work considered unsafe or beyond the reasonable limitations of our equipment, staffing, training, or safety procedures.

This may include, but is not limited to:

    • Excessive working heights
    • Unsafe ladder conditions
    • Storm-damaged trees or structures
    • Electrical hazards
    • Aggressive animals
    • Unstable terrain or unsafe property conditions

Safety remains our highest priority during all service visits.
